Return / Refund Policy

• Joy Soy Candles wants you to feel as comfortable as possible with your purchase decisions so that you can benefit fully from the convenience of online shopping.  We are committed to providing you with the highest level of service possible to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with our products. 

• Soy Candles may be returned for any reason, as long as we are notified within 7 days from confirmed receipt date for a full merchandise refund. Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable under any circumstances.  If merchandise is requested to be returned after 7 days but less than 14 days (from confirmed receipt date), a 25% percent restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Please contact customerservice@JoySoyCandles.com for RA number.

• Soy Candles / merchandise can NOT be returned or refund given after 14 days from confirmed receipt date.

• Soy Candles / merchandise must be returned in original condition unless prior approval has been granted.

• Returned item must be physically received to qualify for a refund

• Upon receipt of the returned product, a credit will be issued within 30 days

• If you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping, you may contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the appropriate carrier.  After you receive a claim number from the carrier, you may contact us via e-mail or phone and we will reship your order promptly.
